How long will my order take to arrive?
All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com with your order number to arrange a return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Are the products good quality?
We select every product in our bundles with care. Each item is chosen to be practical, durable, and genuinely pleasant to use. If you ever feel a product has not met that standard, please let us know.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not currently available. However, every Cornerstone bundle arrives in a branded drawstring pouch, which makes it a beautifully packaged gift without any extra steps.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We are committed to responsible sourcing and are actively reviewing all of our suppliers as part of that commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and ApplePay, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
