Delivery
We dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a further notification when it has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com and we will look into it straight away.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 working days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at info@cornerstonecosmeticsltd.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
